Right where the religious practice begins to infringe on the rights of others.

There shouldn't be a line. The 1st amendment is pretty straight forward. people keep wanting to muck it up. When you start drawing lines, you've already contradicted the 1st amendment.

The government should not make a law against any religion. the government should not show favor to an one religion. The government should not discriminate against someone because of their religion. Even if that religion honors the flying spaghetti monster.

Why? Because people worshiping the FSM doesn't hurt anyone, so why stop them from doing it? What possible reason can you give other than "I find the FSM silly"? Laws should not be based on someone's subjective opinion.

None of these things allows a person to break a law in the name of religion.

It should be drawn when that religion impacts the freedoms, health, safety, etc, of another person.

When someone's beliefs start impinging on another's. E.g. you are free to not engage in a homosexual relationship if that is what your beliefs dictate, but not free to force others to refrain from this type of relationship.

People are perfectly welcome to worship whomever or whatever they like, but as soon as they open their mouths and start pushing their beliefs on me they've crossed the line.
