An Euler diagram represents sets as plane areas,
and shows whether one set is a subset of another,
or whether they merely intersect, or perhaps don't intersect at all.
Clearly the set of all 19-year-olds and the set of all voters
do intersect, but neither is a subset of the other.
So the Euler diagram should be a pair of circles (or something)
that share part of their interior but each have some area outside the other circle.
(That represents the falsehood of the assertion)
