Its not single crochet on a really big hook because this one was made with single crochet with an S hook

    That's just a single Crochet with a huge hook.

    I agree; that looks like a single crochet stitch that was made with a jumbo sized hook.

    It's pretty, but it almost doesn't look like crochet or knitting. It almost looks like it was made on some kind of loom, like a big tatting loom.

    I'd be curious though, too.
