Clip on extensions are great for special occasion hairstyles, but daily use can definitely damage hair. The tension the clips place on the hair can cause the hair to break, especially if the clips are placed in the same area every time they are used. Hope this helps!

No! I have very thin hair and they did not damage my hair at all. The only thing that bothered me was because when i brushed my hair it got all knoted at the top where the extensions were. And after a while they all started to fall off. So when I went to friends house, one would get loose and i would have to pul it out.
