Biomedical engineering, biology or what?

I know i want to be a surgeon so what would I choose as a major

Bio medical engineering or biology?

    Bio-medical engineering involves the design of artificial organs, for example the artificial heart.

    Even when it sounds similar to Medical Doctor, they are miles apart. You are better off with Biology.

    pre-med would be the intelligent choice. but one of those could work.
