To the people saying they need to draft an offensive lineman first:
Their O-line is pretty good.. when healthy. They had 4/5 guys out for extended periods of time and 2 on IR. Depth is important (and kicking King Dunlap to the curb) but it's not worth the first pick when you have so many holes on secondary. Literally every guy in the secondary could probably be replaced at this point.
I don't follow college players until the mock drafts start appearing so I couldn't tell you what players to look out for, but secondary is the main concern. They should bring in a FA QB to compete with Foles for now. If that doesn't work out they could always just draft a QB next year.

Michael Vick made a lot of bad decisions because he was under a lot of pressure and if Nick Foles is going to be given a fair chance to prove he can be the future QB for the Eagles he is going to need time to throw the football. As such the first priority for the Eagles has to be upgrading the talent on the offensive line. With that if I were the Eagles GM my first pick in the 2013 NFL draft is going to be
Luke Joeckel. Tackle from Texas A&M

The Eagles need to sign a new coach, and coaching staff, before worrying about the draft.

Without a doubt Philadelphia needs Offensive Line. I'd look for them to take someone like Luke Joeckel from Texas A&M or Taylor Lewan from Michigan

They need a QB. If they don't get one in free agency, I'd go for one in the draft.
I'd also look for a quality D-lineman.
