Will my credit card number change if I lost it?
(A): Will my credit card number change if I lost it and asked my company to send me a new one? Will they change the credit card NUMBER and/or any account information?
(B): Also...will it hurt my credit score in any way to report it stolen / have a new one sent? (please answer both A and B).

Yes, they will change the number for security reasons as for account info not sure what you mean. Your personal info? They need to change the number so no one will use it.
It will not hurt your credit score to report it stolen.

Yes, it will change that way whoever finds it wont use it to charge all kinds of stuff on it. A new number is better than an idiot buying all kinds of stuff and you having to pay for it. The credit card companies will only pay so much and the rest is yours to pay.
It will not hurt your credit because it was lost or stolen. It happened to me. Someone stole my numbers and had all kinds of stuff ordered on it. Lucky for me the credit card company caught parts of it but still about 234 dollars went thru. I had to close the old account and get reassigned a new one. I had to get a notorized statement to show I did not fake the charges.
