Confirm this identification?

Size: 29 CM http://www.flickr.com/photos/87963196@N03/83356551... I identified this as a vulture feather, but would like someone to confirm it.

    Definitely NOT a vulture feather. It is a primary flight feather, but the shape of it and curve of the rachis is wrong for a vulture feather. Here's a good link for you to see what vulture feathers look like:
