Does phone matter when picking-up a girl's number?

The phone shouldn't really matter, as long as you have one. I have a crappy phone because I broke mine and they gave me an old one to replace it, and I do fine picking up girls. The only thing new phone will show is you have something for them to play with when they take your phone away.
