This Older guy introduced himself to me and shook my hand. He commented that my hands were soft and i thanked him .Then he said ,' you still have milk in your face'. i am absolutely sure i didnot have milk ON my face because i don't drink milk at all and there was nothing on my face. do anyone know what he means by ' you still have milk in your face.' ?

He is probably saying that you look quite young, or just young compared to him.

Dad always told me that. It means that you're still a kid and having "milk on your face" refers to a baby, especially newborns. Maybe the guy thinks you're still too young for something. :)

I think what he was getting at is, to him, you are really young. (milk on your face = breast feeding).
A bit of a strange one, never heard it before.
