My PC keeps crashing since "upgrading" to Windows 8! (Dump File)?

Please help. My computer keeps crashing ever since I "upgraded" from Windows 7 to Windows 8. I think it has to do with my drivers. If I so attempt to use any Driver Update Utility (Driver Genius, Etc,) my PC freezes (on Safe Mode.) I have cleaned the PC with CCleaner, and Scanned it with Malwarebytes (Zero Threats.) I have tried to re-download Win8 to re-install with a fresh copy (instead of keeping all files and settings, and software, etc) but the Win8 download tool won't run on safe mode, and if not on safe mode, my PC crashes WAY before Win8 gets done downloading.

I have provided the 3 error files windows saves...I just don't have a clue how to read them... Please Help!!!
