I have been having problems on my Galaxy s3 since I got Operating system 4.1.1, some apps have problems why?

For example the chess.com app worked fine when I had the Ice cream sandwhich os, but now that I am on Jelly Bean that app does not work when I am connected to wifi, but when I use cellular data it works fine. The same situation happens with Pandora.

could be coding issues in the app.... due to the ICS coding in 1 app and not working with Jellybean. Simple fix is to go to settings>manage apps > download tab > your chess app.... wipe data and cache.... go to pandora and do the same..... these app will now act like they were first installed. Any settings will be gone and must be reentered..... apps work fine now??????

If not, and it affects these 2 apps and nothing else... then its an app issue. Contact the app's developers. Email is on there Google Playstore app page......

if this issue is affect every single app on yoru phone.... then its a bad Jellybean update install.... 

 go to settings>privacy>factory reset and do that... it ill wipe all data off the phone. SD card wont be touched... work now??? 

If not, that update messed up your phone bad.... get a free warranty replacement from your carrier
