Pheonix Arizona St. Patrick's Day Events?
I'm traveling to Pheonix Arizona this March (2013) and I will be there during St. Patricks day and I was wondering if the there are any events happening? I have done a few web searches and have not been able to come across anything. (Maybe not looking at the right places)
If you can let me know some fun places to check out that would have a good St. Patrick's day vibe like a true Irish pub that would be great!
Thank you for your time.

I'm Irish and I can help you.
Every year there is a big Irish parade and an Irish faire that is lots of fun with entertainment, food, booths selling things, Irish games and fun for all. It's downtown Phoenix near the Irish Cultural Center. All the pubs in town will be celebrating with entertainment and lots of way to "get your Irish on" Several of them will have big tents where you can eat, drink, watch entertainment, and share blarney with friends. There are lots of celebrations around town but the one down by the Irish Culture Center is my favorite. Do not drive drunk - call a cab or ride the light rail. Phoenix is very strict with DUIs. There will be more information online and our newspapers as the date draws near ( don't go by infor for 2012). You don't need reservations so don't worry about it. There will be plenty to do! So bring your green, your best smile, and you'll have an amazing day here in Phoenix! Happy St. Patrick's Day!
