Eating. i had my top right tooth removed two days ago. should i be worried about this popping noise? Has this happened to anyone? should i tell my dentist?

I have tmj and that is what this sounds like. It could just be due to the recent dental work, but I would call the dentist to be sure.

I have to same kind of problem, if I open my mouth wide, the top right of my jaw locks, hurts like hell to get it unlocked.
I havent had any teeth removed, but same type of problem.
