Which statistical test should I use?
I have 115 samples which I tested using 2 versions of the same method. The results I obtained are resistant or senstitive to 7 different antibiotics.
Which statistical test should I use to analyse them?
I originally thought the Z test for matched pairs because of the 2 situations but now I think ANOVA.
Can anyone help me?

115 samples? That's a lot. A z-test usually only involves 2 samples (of any size), and an ANOVA can test multiple samples, but usually only 3 to 5ish. Perhaps you mean that you have 1 sample of size 115?
You need to provide more detail about your research question, because that will tell you what type of test to do.
