will MMA get me fit and which is the best club in my area?

First of all how will MMA help my fitness levels?

    Yes, MMA will help your fitness level.

    However, all of those schools look lame. The Fusion Kickboxing looks OK for more traditional martial arts (and I suppose, maybe, kickboxing). But I don't see any real MMA focus.

    Farrell seems to have one guy teaching. I wasn't impressed. The profiles of the fighters (gee, their walk-on songs, nicknames, etc.) were not impressive.

    Sindrome has no information about the instructors and some bull describing different styles and components of MMA. And take a look at the records of their "fighters."

    So, eliminate Fusion. Try the other two out. But be ready to look elsewhere unless either Farrel or Sindrome are way better in person than they are online.
