Do head colds make you feel stupid?

I can't find any actual research to back this up, but I swear I get 'head cold brain' when I'm sick, can't concentrate, can't think, my reaction time is soooo sloooow. Does anyone else get this?

    happens all the time during this season. I just get sick way too many times from my teacher.
