I need help on what i should do about getting help?

Heres my situation and ill try to make it short. Since last year my parents have lost their jobs and our house. Ive been staying with my best friend that ive known since kindergarten and ive been using the little support my parents can provide. Between me working a little bit and them helping a little ive managed but lately they havent been able to help that much and most times i end up helping them. Im only 17 and i need to know what my options are if there is any to help me out. I dont like depending on them , when usually i just get disappointed or screwed in the end, i dont want to get them in trouble, i just want to see what aid i could get. Maybe emancipation?
