Need Help : Error Message on Win8?

"Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. Windows is collecting information on the error and we'll restart it for you"

My friend got a new Dell XPS 14 (L421X) running in Win8, first it look ok but after shut down, this message appear and the laptop keep on reboot itself again and again with the same message. We tried run an diagnostic F12, it still the same.

    Run the System File Checker, Open a elevated command prompt (right click -> Run as administrator) then type 'sfc /scannow' and press Enter. It shall fix any system issue.

    Else Refresh the system. (PC Settings>General>Refresh your PC without affecting your files)
