Could high levels of B12 and Vit D in the blood indicate a malabsorbtion issue?

Was told a few months ago these levels were low so I started supplements. Now I'm told they're high.

Malabsorption would be low, not high. The fact that you are absorbing supplements and are now high means that the cause of the low levels were probably an inadequate diet and lack of sun. Vitamin D is made by your skin from around 15mins of sun exposure per day to maintain normal levels in normal people.

You are absorbing well. Try to be at three quarters of normal.
