Taking a trip to Nashville, but not into country music whatsoever..?
My girlfriend is big into country music. I, however, am not. She wants to take a trip to Nashville and I want to make her happy. But what is there for me to like?
I have looked up attractions but none of them interest me because of there relation to country music and celebrities.
Somebody please say there is hope for me yet. ;)

You didn't say what kinds of things you like, but there are lots of non-country and non-music things in Nashville. The Frist Center for the Visual Arts is outstanding (and I'm not a "museum" person). Fort Nashborough, Stones River National Battlefield, and Carnton Plantation are great historic sites. Franklin's old downtown is a destination for shopping and eating. Hockey will be starting again soon, so you could see a Preds game. We also play golf in the winter (weather permitting). Drive down to Lynchburg and tour Jack Daniel's Distillery.
