I'm 14! Girls your help plz!?

I had my period about two weeks ago and now am spotting!?? When I wipe there would be a little blood at one point and then later it would be gone. Yesterday there was a little blood then it stopped. Then when I just went to the bathroom it was there again! Is this spotting? My period was heavy and lasted 7 days. It usually isn't so heavy and I had really bad cramps which made me sick. My mom said my hormones are just trying to figure it out but what do you think? I have never had sex before either so no I am not pregnant!!!!!! I have only had my period for a little more than 2 years and this hasn't happened before! There was also a little blood when I wiped about maybe 5 or 6 days ago.

Sometimes things just get a little out of wack. One thing you can do about the cramping though is cut out caffeine while you are on your period. I used to cramp so bad I would be doubled over crying till I learned that now if I don't drink any soda or anything like that for those few days, I barely cramp at all if any. Spotting can be completely normal. For some girls getting on certain types of birth control can stop it like me. Plus it's a good precaution to already be on it before you become sexually active. Hope it helped, ask your mom to make you an OB appointment.

You can have break through bleeding anytime between periods. This is normal.

Your mom is right. It's your hormones just trying to figure things out.

Just wear a pantyliner to catch any blood you might be losing.
