That it to say, your favorite "final cuts" that close out an album?

Well, a great album closer is "When the Levee Breaks" from Led Zeppelin IV. After listening to that album and and that last song I wanted to listen to the next record, Houses of the Holy. I also like a lot "The Call of Ktulu" from Ride the Lightning, Metallica, and "Damage, Inc." from Master of Puppets. And of course I love "Spiral Architect" from Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, Black Sabbath. And the list goes on and on...

Every Iron Maiden album seems to have an anthem to close it out
My favorite would be To Tame a Land or Phantom of the Opera

The Beatle's Abby Road (1969) with its melody of "You Never Give Me Your Money/Carry That Weight/The End" & the hidden track, "Her Majesty."
I guess another example is an unusual one, it would be The Rolling Stones Dirty Work LP (1986).
Probably their lowest creative point but there's a nice Keith Richards sung tune called "Sleep Tonight" followed by a 33 second hidden track of a cover of Big Bill Broonzy's "Key To The Highway." It was done by their keyboardist, Ian Stewart who died suddenly in 1985.
Nice ending to such a curious album.

You've already gotten some solid answers, to which I would add the Rolling Stones. My personal favorite album of theirs is "Let It Bleed", which closes with the epic "You Can't Always Get What You Want".
