Just talk to her like you'd talk to anyone else, make a friendship before you pursue anything further.. you should be able to tell pretty quickly if she's into you, just be cool and don't think about anything too much.

Im13 still in secondy school n im a girl. Really girls whant to be treated with respect and if your finding it hard to speak to her ask her questions but don't go into personal details just asker what her name is if shes ok what r u doing those type of things get to know her she might ask you some questions back but don't panic if she doesn't but then ask your friends. become friends with her friends it's the closest way to get to her n if her friends think your grate in a friendly way then her friends will be able to convince her to ask u out n whan u think u know her ask her try to make the first move coz a lot of girls get shy and carnt make the first move but try not to get stuck in the friend gap
