Should I get my ears pierced?

If you're worried about getting made fun of then why think about the piercing in the first place? Yes it's true that getting a certain ear pierced back in the day was a "secret" way to show that you were gay while the other side wasn't. I have an industrial (bar) piercing in my left ear and I like how it makes me look. I don't care what others think. Do what YOU want. Ignore your brother.

I think the only one who can answer that is you. If you're comfortable with it and want to do it, I say go for it! If you are worried about being made fun of, you make your best judgement. I think it's fine if a guy gets his ears pierced. Just be yourself and do what you want!
