Hello,
I'm sorry to hear that you have been unable to access the Yahoo! Homepage. If you haven't already, please try the troubleshooting steps listed in the following Help article:
"Troubleshooting several common browser problems in Yahoo! products" (link below)
Although there are quite a few steps listed, going through the list should help to eliminate possible causes of the issue. There's no way to tell in advance exactly which of the steps listed may resolve this issue, so try testing after completing each item on the list.
If the issue persists, as a possible workaround, you might also try using another web browser.
