The question is why are the Republicans and the NRA, sabotaging any effective arms control, which would help avoid future massacres.

Question: How do we stop our young generation from killing school children?

Apparently, liberals believe that this interesting and relatively recent phenomena is directly related to a tool that has existed since long before the dawning of our country.

Weapons ban is Progressivism at it's finest.

They see a problem and want to create an artificial solution to stunt it, rather than take a hard look at what caused it and attempt to revert to whatever we did before the problem started occurring in order to eliminate the threat completely.

The question that begs the solution is: How can we maintain our current society that we have created while also preventing the nasty side effects of broken family values and educational systems that focus on liberal brainwashing instead of pure education?

Because reverting to conservative values as a method of preventing people from snapping is the total opposite of the liberal agenda.

They want to keep on changing things, accepting the risks and the occasional psychotics, in hopes that one day something better will form, even though things are worse right now.

But yeah, in order to understand the question that makes banning guns a solution, you have to understand that the question can only be asked from a liberal perspective in order to produce gun banning as an answer.

Conservatives recognize that guns don't equate to necessary killing today any more than they did in the past, which is why we'd rather focus on the root problem rather than add a new blanket to *fix* it until a new problem arises.

NO ONE is advocating banning all weapons from all people. The people who keep telling you that are liars who have been lying to you. Only a moron would mindlessly BELIEVE them, given that it's easy to find out what people ARE proposing.

Therefore, there is NO question being asked, for which people are proposing banning weapons.
