I overfilled the coolant in 1997 GMC pickup. How do I drain it?
I put concentrated DexCool in my pickup's coolant overflow, not really paying attention, and realized I filled the overflow container almost to the top. How do I drain it now? If I run the truck, am I risking damage?

You could remove some coolant, try a turkey baster or similar (and don't put it back in the kitchen!).
In any case, the overflow tank has an open-vent top and it will push any excess out so you won't be doing any harm.

There's an overflow tube on the reservoir. Any 'extra' will go out the tube and onto the ground. Nothing to worry about.
