Why are you chumps talking overpopulation when this century's problem is falling population?

When Spooty cannot be up and down,it does not mean it can be contagious to his neighbors. I do believe in the Austrian institute's prediction that the world population will be maximized around 9billion in 2070.However, the world population problem is not about the total number, but its distribution. And I don't agree that the decline in population has caused the economic stagnation in Germany and Japan. The problem is also in the US which has experienced an increase about 0.9% a year. It has increased absolute poverty,and decreased the human capital because of lower quality education. The Indian and Chinese fertility might decline in the next decades. Aids and civil war might kill Africans. But until that date of projection, it will be a lot of problems in those countries.

The idea of overpopulation has been popular for centuries and the world's population did grow a lot in the 20th century, but the reality is you're right, it is now set to almost surely decline again.
