What happens if a non-custodial parent refuses to fill out the NCP form for college?

I have a horrible relationship with my father. We got in a huge fight and we are no longer on speaking terms. I asked him to fill out the NCP form for my college application and he refused. What are my options if he doesn't fill out the NCP form? What will happen to me in regards to scholarship opportunities? PLEASE HELP.

You can ask the school if they allow students to apply for a non-custodial parent waiver, but even if so, my understanding is that most often they will not waive it (unless it's a situation where Dad has disappeared and he cannot be located).
