It seems as though your body is having a hard time adjusting to the hormonal changes your body goes through during your menstrual cycle. Diet and exercise can most certainly aid in relief of these symptoms however I would speak with your doctor about starting a form of birth control. I would recommend the mini pill, small amounts of hormones but may help your body level out. Also, I recommend speaking with him/her about the anti nausea drug zofran. It is an excellent anti-nausea medication. Good luck!

Just go back to your doctor, like seriously if an anti nausea drug isnt stopping it then you need to talk to your doctor about it. Yahoo answers is good but it isnt a true medical service.

Ginger is supposed to be very good for nausea. Try ginger tea, or stem ginger.
