I mean Pay Check..lol
What about if you are working and on SS, how is your medicare payment deducted? Thanks for all your answers. :)

No. If you are on Social Security they'll deduct the payment from that check but if you are not on SS you'll have to send in payment.

If you are a salaried employee, Medicare deducts the tax from your check.
If you are a Medicare beneficiary, Medicare premiums are deducted from your Social Security check or you are billed.

When you're working, "medicare" is a TAX that you HAVE to pay, out of your paycheck. If you're receiving Medicare part B coverage, it's taken out of your social security check every month.
