okay so i moved to a new town last year (8th grade) and i had 2 classes with this guy, ok so at first i didn't really notice him and i don't think he noticed me but then our teacher put us as partners for a project and then he started being an asshole, he would honestly get me angry all the time, he knew exactly how to push my buttons which is weird since i hadn't done anything to him but when he would get me angry i would scream at him or something and he would just stand there smiling, i would also see him looking at me a lot of times and everyone would tease saying we should just go out already (even the teacher...so awkward) anyways that went on for a year now this year i don't have any classes with him and since it's high school i don't see him as much, i've seen him a couple of times and he's always been looking at me but none of us said anything but i saw him today as i was walking out and i was on the phone with my mom and he kept blocking my way i had to yell at him and push him a little for him to finally let me leave...so i'm really confused is he just an asshole or does he like me? oh btw yes i do like him too i have no idea why i just do because i'm weird like that

Yes, he likes you. However, and I know I'm wasting my breath here, but there are lots of guys who are not assholes, and women really need to adjust themselves to finding this more appealing. Woman ARE attracted more to assholes, but this is a hold-over from our primitive states when being with the biggest asshole meant you were most likely to survive. *sigh* Give a nice guy a try. But, at any rate, keep in mind that a relationship you get into right now will probably eventually end, especially if not with a Mr. Nice Guy, so you may not want to totally lose your head for anyone while you're in high school. That ruins a lot of lives. But, for the record, anytime you catch a guy staring at you a lot, that means he likes you (or you have some major deformity or dress really weird, but probably not).

He likes you! He's being the mean-but-i-like-you-kind of guy right now, and he hasn't actually found a mature way to tell you. He's still being that middle school guy you know, and he's teasing you! Being mean to you in a flirty way... is a definite like.

some guys do that to show interest or because they wouldnt know how to get your attention any other way. i would say just talk to him on facebook if you dont get a chance to see him. tell him how you feel. maybe he would open up
