What is the best diet to go on?
I want to lose 30 pounds but I can't starve or be hungry. I want to buy a diet like atkins or weigh watchers where I can get meals sent to me. I don't want to be hungry. What actually works? Tell me about ur experiences? How much do they cost?

3 major things are important to speed up your metabolism and lose weight:
1. Consuming only the most "organic", natural, & healthiest foods. (Fruits, Vegetables, Grains , Legumes (nuts, peas, beans, lentils etc), Honey & Milk , Natural Yogurt & plenty of Spring Water.(and if you are meat eater Lean Meat only..Chicken and Fish using ony baked, grilled or steamed methods) . You will not believe the difference you feel after eating ONLY above and avoiding junk food , sweets, and fattening foods of all types. * Also, if you can find a small oriental market maybe that sells it.....consume daily what is called "Green Tea" or "Jasmine Tea.".(very healthy and helps your body lose weight )
2. Excercising as much when possible each week. (at least do some walking or physical activity for 6 hours per week.) This helps your body speed up its metabolism and get your heart pumping the fat out of your body tissues.
3. Stopping all bad habits such as drinking, smoking , etc. These cause your body to not work normally or irregularly (slows down your metabolism too over time)....making you feel pathetic after and as well makes it much more dificult to lose weight.
On average ,,,,you should lose about 10 lbs per month...but it might take a month to get your body in gear. You should look to do this in a healthy, natural way..and avoid any "Quick fixes"..as they last about as long as they might work.

30 lbs should be no problem. Don't waste your money on atkins or weight watchers. If you truly want to get fit for life you need an overall plan that will effectively allow you to lose the 30 lbs while putting you on track to keep it off for life.
If you ordering meals will that continue when you have a family and children? Will you continue to order meals for the rest of your life? I doubt it...
You need to figure out what your currently consuming to stay at your current weight? How many calories do you eat every day? Then decide on a healthy amount to cut. Then hit that daily caloric deficit every single day... Track it just like you would with weight watchers. The only difference is they assign points to foods. The more calories the more points. You get a certain amount per day.
No difference. Your just not paying for it.
Then add in a very solid regiment of cardio, calisthenics, and resistance training. You want to activate all the muscle groups in your body and make them very hungry for energy. This boost in metabolism will last for up to 72 hours after each session.
With your calorie deficit from above and those muscles needing energy your body begins to burn all that body fat. It's extremely effective and something you can continue forever and not even notice.
The sessions are only 3 days per week and you have optional slots to add in any exercise you want.

Bottom line your going to be hungry no matter what program you choose because you are reducing the amount of food you eat. Mine started easing after the first few weeks. Be patient!

The diets that have your meals sent to you can be very expensive.
Eat lots of fruits and veggies, chicken, turkey and fish, Cut out all red meat, fried foods and sugary drinks and desserts.
Drink lots of water if you think you are hungry and never eat after 7 PM.
Start exercising by taking a walk every day for 10 minutes and build it up till you are walking 60 minutes a day.
Go on a 1200 calorie diet, splitting it up into 300 calorie meals, eating 4 meals a day.
You won't go hungry, you will feel good from exercising and you will lose weight.
That's how I did it when I started 5 years ago and have been at my ideal weight ever since.

Eat healthy (whole grains, fruits and veggies, lean protein, eggs, greek yogurt) and avoid bad stuff (fried food, fast food, processed food, white sugar, white flour) around 1200-1500 calories per day (use the website/phone app myfitnesspal to count your calories if you want, I do) and do resistance and cardio training. Atkins diet is horrible for your body and weight watchers is just a scheme to get your money. All you need to do is eat healthy, and workout 5 days a week. boom. natural, quick results.

Weight loss is simple math food in energy stored or used.
I don't know how to loose without hunger to some degree.
Best diet is no diet plan, except listening to your body, and It's a mind se.
