Not only is it not a good idea to go down the road of anxiolytic drugs at your age, but frankly these are more of a sedative than anything else and will simply make you sleepy.

I don't think there is an age limit but don't waste your money as I never found them to be any good

No age limit because it's herbal, but I wouldn't recommend them really, bit of a placebo.
