A few miscellaneous Skyrim Questions?
Well I wouldn't call myself a rookie Dragon Born, nor am I an expert. Skyrim is my first Elder Scrolls game and I currently have two files going; A Nord archer/one handed combat and the second is a High elf mage. Between the two I have a little more than 120 hours of playtime on PS3. So hopefully this gives you a good idea of my Skyrim knowledge.
The following questions are for my level 34 Nord only.
Question 1- I am a level 34 Nord with 100 smithing and 67 One-Handed. I went through the trouble to do the Dawn Breaker sword quest and I got the sword. I used Dwemer gauntlets of smithing 17% increase in smithing and gold amulet of smithing with a 15% increase. I ended up with a flawless Dawn Breaker with 35 damage I believe. It doesn't seem like much damage. Can I do something more?
Question 2- I was walking in the fields near Whitrun and the Western Watch Tower and this High Elf came out of no where and started attacking. He wasn't a thief or a bandit and he was actually labeled as "High Elf". He didn't want any money or anything, he just started attacking with the sparks spell. I killed him out of defense and I have yet to see an reproductions. Out of curiousness, what started this? What did I do to warrant an attack for no reason?
Question 3- My enchanting skill is 52 and the only perks I have gotten are 1 of 5 of the Enchanter (Enchantments are 20% stronger) and Fire Enchanter (Fire enchantment are 25% stronger). I want to make an Ebony bow of blaze. I own two Elven bows of blaze which have 31 fire damage on top of the normal damage. I want to disenchant one to learn the spell and use that for an Ebony bow. Turns out I already have a fire damage spell but I can only muster up 18 fire damage even with a black or grand soul gem. Do I need a higher enchantment skill level? That's my guess anyway.
Sorry for being a little long winded. But thanks a bunch in advance for any answer's!

Dawnbreaker is a awesome unique weapon however when it comes down to it you can always make better weapons then the unique ones however to help you with dawnbreaker's damage make sure you have the right perk to make it legendary. Whatever that might be. Also enchant some armor to do 1 hand damage will help with damage and lvling you enchanting. Make sure you have every damage boosting perk in 1hand to help also. To the second question some attacks are just spontaneous. Don't feel bad too high elves are lame anyway. Also there's a lot vids on YouTube that will help with enchanting. But in the long run I'm terrible at it so sorry. Also get yourself an Xbox that way you can get the DLC's :-) hoped this helped have fun!

Q1: most special daedric items like the dawnbreaker can't be improved far past flawless, having the daedric smithing perk can maybe improve it a little more, Also your one handed isn't that high.
Q2: this is a random encounter, a bandit marked as a race eg Orc, wood elf. Nothing causes this it's completely random.
Q3: blaze is just a more powerful version of fire, you need to raise your skill, also improve your enchanting perks, the enchant will always remain as fire, I have my enchanting at 100, which is awesome as you can enchant to 60 points of damage, when you get it to about 80 then the 30 points of fire should work with correct perks, hope this helps, I have. 200 hours of gameplay and I'm level 56, so I know what I'm talking about :D
