Keep it for a while till you have enough know-how to at least either make a design or identify that it's just sky-hooks again.
Don't publish your idea in any media! If it's worth anything you'll immediately lose it and even if you don't, it'll already have been published and won't be patentable.

Get a course if not, training to develop your skill. There are online schools you can find very essential for easy study. You can also visit source below for other technical services.
