Is Mike McCarthy an underrated coach?

The guy has only had 1 losing season with the Packers in 7 years, has a Super Bowl title, 5 playoff appearances, 3 division titles and calls the plays for a team that has had one of the best offenses in the league the past few years.

Much of the credit goes to Rodgers(and he deserves it) but McCarthy is overshadowed.

Do you think he is underrated?

BQ-Is John Fox underrated too?

McCarthy is definitely underrated. Rodgers, the receivers, and Mathews get all the press in Green Bay but McCarthy is the guy who has brought them all together. The guy knows how to build a winner and keep it focused on winning, unlike other, more-heralded coaches.

BQ: Fox is 73-71 in his career and has had just four winning seasons in 11 years as a head coach. Denver's success this year is due more to Manning's presence than anything Fox has done. He's a decent coach but hardly brilliant or innovative.

As a Packers fan, absolutely not. He has some terrible play calls at times. His players make him look better than he really is. I say he's a C+ coach.
