What size should I order for these shoes?

My size varies from a 5.5-6.5 and on the website all the reviews say the shoes run big. The description states that a 6.5 fits a 9.5 inch foot and my foot measures about 9 inches. should I order a 5.5 or 6? any suggestions? thanks!

    I would try the size 6.
