I am looking for some cheap and decent universities in London, must be near surrey, London or adjoining areas near surrey.

None of the decent universities in London are cheap. If you want cheap go far away from London. Take a look at the rankings. The cheap universities like Kingston are a nightmare and the town is dangerous. South Bank is about to lose its ability to get visas and has no British students. Don't waste your money.

Take a look at the ranking and take it from there, kingston is NOT good, it comes up as 95 and I KNOW that it is awful because I know someone who works there! Shee said that people get beaten up all the time! I know, i was like WHAT???? it is shocking but true, however the teaching is fine. Someone was also beaten up so much they died, the place is dangerous and 4 people have been murdered.

Out of London you may go to University of Kent which is excellent
You may also go to to Kingston University in Surbiton which is good.
A little up you can go to South Bank University.
