Why is mouth really dry every morning?

So every morning, my mouth is like really dry when I wake up and when it comes to a dry mouth, my throat gets dry as well. Is there something going on???

Thanks ^_^

Drink PLENTY of isotonic water :) water does not hydrates you that much. isotonic water hydrates your organisms. Also this could be caused by too much acidity in your stomach. if the isotonic does not work try to take a tablet of antiacid once. it won't harm you and if you feel better it means that it was your stomach :) usually when the cause is your stomach you can feel a weird smell in your mouth and your tongue is kind of white when you wake up. but go for the isotonic water !

I had the same problem and I found drinking a small glass of water before I go to bed helps a lot!

    Hope this helped! ;D

    Peace out

You might not be getting enough water before you go to bed. But do not drink to much.

You get dehydrated when you sleep (I have no idea why). So just drink water in the morning. Nothing's wrong :)
