If Neanderthal women were re-created by DNA, would they be too hairy to wear a bikini?

First off this question is in the wrong place.

Computer models have shown that excess hair on neanderthals would have caused over-production of sweat which would have frozen on the neanderthals potentially leading to death. That means Neanderthal would not think that humans are funny because they would have the same amount of hair as humans.

Given the climate they lived in, you'd think they would have had a thick fur coat. However, human relative hairlessness possibly started as far back as Homo Heidelbergensis, the ancestor of us and the Neanderthals. If this is the case, they would have had as little hair as we do. Excess body hair, without it being a thick fur coat, would have worked against them in trapping sweat which would have frozen on their skin in the ice age climate. So, I don't think they would have been too hairy to wear a bikini. They were probably as naked as we are.

Funny you ask, there was just a show on Neanderthal DNA and who has it today. Neanderthals must have been very attractive to our ancestors. They had their own tools and did well in that post Ice Age world. I don't think we know if they had body hair, from what the show said, likely they didn't have much.

I don't see how hair would stop you from wearing a bikini.
