Will a private school accept me?

i just wanted your opinion. This private school doesnt have an entrance exam. I have decent grades i got a 50 in math and 66 in english grade 10 and in grade 11 midterm i got 64 in physics and law. The rest were 75-95 95 in fitness and 80 in civics and 83 in gym. I just want your opinion will a normal private school accept me? it doesnt have an entrance exam. This for grade 11 second semester. Toronto private school btw.

Update:

I apologize for the grammatical error. Also i have a clean record never got expelled or suspended. I am transfering from public school btw.

unless it's a college, they will take you and your parents money. a private college will not accept you with scores like that.

It really depends on the private school. Some private schools are extremely rigorous and will only admit top students, others admit students everywhere from a bit below average to above average. It also depends on how many open spaces there are. In the US, the main entry point for private high school is 9th grade, for competitive private schools, there are typically only 0 to 2 open spaces available in 10th and 11th grade (they don't admit for 12th grade), only when a student leaves the school, but they receive lots of applications for those few spaces. In the US, private schools generally will not admit a student except for in the fall, unless the student has high grades and has been at a similar private school and has to find a new school because their family moved. I don't know how it works in Toronto.

You might want to call and ask how many open spaces do they have for second semester 11th grade.

    Good luck!
