Special Jury Summons as a full time college student?
As the title says. I've been summoned to be apart of a special panel that may last up to 3 whole weeks if not longer. I don't understand why it's special and I'd really like to know what special really means. Also, if I'm picked, does that mean I would have to miss anywhere between 3+ weeks of school? Is this an everyday thing from 9-5?

The summons should state that if you show you are attending college you do not need to attend. And to tell them this you need to drop by the office as soon as you can.
