NO! A parrot should not have this sugary item. A parrot can have fruit and other approved treats for large hookbills, but not chocolate and candy.

Of course they can, feed him as many as he likes then come back the next day and find a dead parrot

I know they like peanuts. Prolly a bad idea to give it candy though. Most animals get sick from sugar.

Any candy is bad for it, however avocado and chocolate are extremely deadly to birds and there is almost no chance of survival as irt s extremely poisonous to birds!

You should never feed an animal what it does not eat in its natural habitat. One would think this is quite obvious.
