One one major error I found.

Assault is a task..... not a style or look

Weapon is not a rifle but all items from nukes to thumbs.

So we look at the full term. An Assault Weapon is any weapon that can be used to assault.

So now we know what an Assault Weapon is and is not a small classification but everything that is used as a weapon.
