Damn that looks like my hair no joke! Post a picture of your hair and tell me about it and i will tell u if its possible. Take biotin for sure though.
To Kelsey: omg thats everything i do except i dont use heat at all. Some people's hair just cannot go from thin to thick though. Like what if the asker had frail thin britney spears (when she went nuts) hair it will be very difficult to get achieve that thickness in the pic posted here. Growth maybe but thats a lot of work just saying. Take care happy January.

Well considering my hair is down to my waist, I'll tell you what I do.
Well first, limit the heat. I have thick hair naturally, so I can go 3-4 days without washing my hair. I only straighten my hair once or twice a week and just throw my hair up when I take showers. Every once in a while, I'll go a few weeks with just braiding my hair when it's wet so it can sort of repair itself.
Deep condition your hair. This is something I need to do more, but it's really good for your hair, especially in the dry winter months.
Use a comb instead of a brush. Brushing your hair actually breaks it, which is NOT good for your hair.
Get it trimmed every 6-8 weeks. It keeps your hair looking healthy and nice. Hope this helps!
