Everytime I work out im not sore what's wrong ?

Everytime I go to the gym and work my *** off , I see results but I'm concern why I'm not getting sore the next day? Why would it be that I'm not sore

    You're not working it hard enough. At most gyms for men, your type of workout would be called a coward set and you would be criticized and insulted.

    What are these people smoking. If you use the same muscles during your workout you won't get sore. It's only when you use muscles that you aren't used to using do people experience soreness.

    I think they are confusing tired muscles with sore muscles.

    You have to work out until your muscles are physically unable to do another set of anything. If it isn't sore you didn't work hard enough. When you think you've worked out enough, try to do a pushup. If you can still do one pushup, keep working.

    more weight bucko. you might think youre working your a$$ off but youre not pushing yourself enough if you arent sore. either that or youre a robot
