3D Blu-ray players that come without cinavia?

I understand that some old Blu-ray players don't come with the Cinavia firmware.

Does anyone know if there are any 3D Blu-ray players that also come without it?

*Cinavia is a watermarking system included in many modern Blu-rays and other audiovisual media. Its main function is to sabotage the reproduction of any copy made from copyrighted material.

I personally would steer clear of Sony because they constantly want you to upgrade your firmware. I did this with my PS3 and am having the same cinavia problem. Your best bet of course is to find one made pre-Feb 2012, but close enough before the date so it doesn't ask you for a firmware update. Unless you are rich and can afford the Oppo, they are the only ones pretty much guaranteed to never have a problem. Hope this helped some.
