Teeth whitening with peroxide?

I read somewhere that brushing, and swishing your mouth with hydrogen peroxide will whiten your teeth. But does anyone know about how long it takes until you notice a big difference?

No. It would never make any big difference. Don't expect for miraculous results just by swishing your mouth with hydrogen peroxide. If you want a big difference then go for professional bleaching like zoom whitening or so. But be careful. There are some contraindications for it too. For details consult your dentist. Thanks

Stay away from the professional teeth whitening procedures and from the whitening at home kits. They are using extremely toxic chemicals that can cause IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO TOOTH ENAMEL and premature tooth decay.

Check out this site: http://www.naturalwhiteteeth.net/ - It's about how you can whiten your teeth 100% naturally. Same results but 100% safe and 1000 times cheaper.

Make the paste. In a small bowl, mix 2 teaspoons each of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. it works for me ! and you can see the result after brushing. don't do it often though, especially if you have sensitive teeth.

    Good Luck :)

Peroxide is a good way to keep your teeth clean but not so sure it will whiten them but a magic erase will whiten them a good bit instantly

Better to get a brightening toothpaste. I found the irritated my gums. using it took about 2 weeks.. You can use a little baking SODA in your palm and brush with that its shines them up.. but not too often cause it can be abrasive. its a natural remedy though
